Low Season (October to June) - 50 Eur per night
High Season (July & August) - 80 Eur per night
Mid Season (September & October) - 60 Eur per night
3 night minimum stay requirement or High Season price applies
In Mid and Low Seasons, an additional heating deposit of 50 Euro per week is required and will be refunded in mid-season months if heating is not needed
Price is negotiable for stays longer than 2 weeks
Included in Rental:
Bed and bath linens, electricity, water, and kitchen cutlery and appliances.
Payment:
By cheque, money order, or debit or credit card using Paypal: 30 % deposit, then balance one month prior to arrival. Full amount if within one month of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
30% of Total will be withheld in case of cancellation, and the rest refunded.
